In charge of the Controlling department of the Business Unit (four countries)
- Control productivity of the business, identify and follow-up risks
- Deliver performance reportings, both internally (to local Managers) and externally (Headquarter in France)
- Monitor Budgeting and Reforecast processes and conduct business plans to verify consistency of new projects
- Ensure profitability of business with external partners and control compliance with budget and agreements

- Improve management accounting tools
- Deliver monthly reporting to the Headquarter in France
- Develop financial risks control processes

- Reconciliate management indicators reported by foreign subsidiaries
- Set-up budgeting spreadsheets to control the 25 subsidiaries
- Conduct benchmarking analysis to support long-term strategy workshops (Vision 2015)
